- Take the N3 south towards Pietermaritzburg/Durban.
- Pass the Tugela Plaza Toll and continue on the N3.
- Take Off Ramp 207 for Colenso/Winterton.
- After the off-ramp, turn left onto the D52.
- Continue on the D52 for 7 kilometers until you reach Boran Genetics on your right, near Kopleegte Farm.

From Pietermaritzburg/Durban:
- Take the N3 north towards Johannesburg.
- Pass Estcourt and the Shell Ultra City (both northbound and southbound).
- Take Off Ramp 194 for R103 Colenso/R74 Bergville.
- After the off-ramp, turn left onto the R74 towards Winterton.
- Continue on the R74 for a short distance, then turn right onto the D52.
- Drive for 7 kilometers until you reach Boran Genetics on your left, near Kopleegte Farm.

Alternative Route from Colenso/Ladysmith:
- Take the R103 towards Estcourt.
- After passing the school, continue for 1.6 kilometers.
- Turn left onto the D52.
- Continue on the D52 for 7 kilometers until you reach Boran Genetics near Kopleegte Farm.
